CRM
Short for Customer Relationship Management. CRM entails all aspects of interaction a campaign or organization has with its constitutency. Computerization has changed the way organizations are approaching their CRM strategies because it has also changed a web user's behavior. With each new advance in technology, more of the relationship is being managed electronically. Organizations are therefore looking for ways to personalize online experiences (a process also referred to as mass customization) through tools such as help-desk software, e-mail organizers and Web development apps.

A CRM allow you to interact with your constitutents in a large variety of ways. Whether it be managment of huge donor and volunteer lists to sending out mass emails, a CRM is essential.
