At NOI, we train thousands of leaders to create change by engaging others around values, developing shared purpose and building strong, strategic campaigns to win. We've found that these training materials, developed and refined by many organizers in the field, provide the basic tools to build movement and win real change. Whether you are looking to develop your own skills or put together a training for others, we’ve given you everything you need to get started. These are the same tools we use to put on trainings at NOI—and now you have them too!
The Toolbox is organized around three themes: Organizing and Leadership, New Media and Data/Technology (coming soon). In each set there are several lessons; within most lessons you'll find a video of a trainer leading that session or a webinar, a participant guide to walk you through key teachings and small group practice sessions and trainer's notes & powerpoints (if you want to run your own trainings)
The toolbox speaks a language I understand! I can already see that this easy format will allow me to teach others. Thank you! -Diane
