Job Bank Manager

Beth Kelly is the Work Forward Program Manager for the New Organizing Institute. She works with employers to identify job opportunities in order to build capacity within the progressive movement through the continued engagement of our most talented organizers. In her first months with NOI, Beth has organized two job fairs, recruited over 400 organizations to post more than 1,000 job descriptions on Work Forward - NOI's progressive job placement site. She has also coached thousands of job seekers on how to use Work Forward, strategic approaches to resume and cover letter writing and organizing your career.
