Elizabeth April

Technology Coordinator

Elizabeth is the training technology coordinator. Before joining NOI, she worked as a government contractor in software development project management. A native Northern Virginian, Elizabeth studied Global Affairs and Spanish at George Mason University, during which time she spent a semester at Universidad Complutense de Madrid and another making mischief in London as a researcher at the House of Commons. After graduating in 2008, Elizabeth continued her work in research with various organizations to include Citizens for Global Solutions, EMILY's List and NDI. She has also worked for Prince William County Public Schools in various capacities.

Elizabeth is a die-hard Spanish soccer fan who loves traveling, going to concerts, the Washington Capitals, listening to Bad Religion at work, and any opportunity to exercise her Napoleon Complex.
