Matt is a Senior Fellow at the New Organizing Institute and former field director for MoveOn. Matt spent 5 years at MoveOn, where he developed the organization's innovative national grassroots organizing structure and helped to design and direct the 2006 and 2008 GOTV campaigns. He is a graduate of Green Corps, the field school for environmental organizing, and serves on the organization's board of directors. Sam manages the web presence of Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri, assisting with social media networks, outreach, and open government initiatives. Prior to his work with Senator McCaskill, Sam was a Fellow at the New Organizing Institute for three months, working on writing and research projects. Keeping Hope Alive: The Story of Obama's Neighborhood Teams Following Election Day (Issue 1)

Tyler served as a field organizer with the Obama campaign in Warren County, Ohio from July-November 2008, helping President Obama achieve a five percent increase from John Kerry's share of the 2004 vote. After the campaign ended, Tyler continued to cultivate his expertise in political organizing, working as a research fellow for the New Organizing Institute. Working with Zack Exley, he helped develop an ''evidence-based' explaination of the Obama campaign's successes, looking to the South Carolina primary victory as a Model. Tyler has remained active in progressive campaigns, and is looking forward to beginning graduate study in diplomatic history in the fall. trodgers at gmail dot com
