This course is designed for active new media practitioners with at least one year of experience, working with a membership of 20,000 persons or more. It's also a great chance for managers and leaders to better understand the work that's possible when you institute a rigorous culture of testing.
You'll learn the science of designing meaningful tests and analyzing your results, as well as key strategies for testing email, websites, and social media. You'll learn from some of the top innovators in the field. Through a combination of up-front lessons and hands-on practice, we'll teach you best practices in developing experiments and optimizing each part of your online presence based on clear data.
