Get the Tip of the Day by email.
Problem: You find yourself needing to go back to certain emails all the time, but can't remember what the email was that you're looking for. Maybe instructions on how to complete a process, an inventory, or finding that hilarious baby sloth picture your friend sent you?
Solution: Gmail Labs has a feature called "Quick Links" that will fix your problem.
- Go to "Settings"
- Click on "Labs"
- Search for and enable "Quick Links"
- Anytime you find yourself referencing the same email repeatedly, simply click "Add Quick Link," and it will create a link back to that email (all your quick links will appear in a box on the left navigation panel)
You can use this trick for saving frequent-flyer information or links that you commonly cut and paste - no more digging around in your inbox!
