Facebook Timeline has been around for a bit now, but there are some functions that many folks still aren't using.
One of my favorites is the "Pin to Top" feature. This nifty trick lets you choose a post to stay at the top of your timeline for up to seven days. This ensures that you can keep the most important content right at the top where people coming to your page will see it right away, while still posting additional content to your page.
Pinning a post is easy.
- Hover your mouse anywhere over the post you want to pin.
- Click the little pencil in the upper right corner
- Select "Pin to Top."
Voila! Now your post will stay at the top of your page until seven days have passed, or you take it down (which you do by following the above, and this time selecting "Unpin").
What's your favorite new feature in Timeline? Share in the comments on our blog!
