Rootscamp 2010 Reflections - an NOI web series!
Why are we progressives? What inspires us to do the work we do? How will the lessons learned at Rootscamp 2010 sessions change the way we run legislative and issue campaigns in 2010? And how does the fellowship of over 700 progressives change the landscape of the movement?
Enter NOI’s very first web series, “Rootscamp 2010 Reflections.” Veteran activists and committed young student leaders expressed their motivations behind the grit-- watch as they sat down to tell NOI what fuels their desire to make the world a better place.
At Rootscamp 2010, session leaders; volunteers and organizers talked about what makes them progressive and why they do the work they do. We heard how specific lessons learned from the unconference sessions will be brought back to communities to improve the strategy of future campaigns.
