AFL/CIO Endorses Homer Simpson Throughout his life, Homer Simpson has held over 100 jobs spanning across all industries and employment sectors. As a union leader, Homer put his blood, sweat, and tears into saving the dental plan for his fellow power plant workers.

The AFL/CIO today endorsed Homer Simpson, saying he "is a working man, and he understands the plight of those who roll up their sleeves every day."

Homer is calling on members of the United States Senate to do their job and pass the Employee Free Choice Act immediately. Further, Homer will push Congress to pass a Living Wage in the first 24 hours of his term.

"As President, Homer Simpson will work hard for those who work hard," said an AFL/CIO official.
